Lucy joined MacLachlan in 2012, after leaving college, to assist with the administration in the conveyancing department.
After spending some time assisting others in the team, she embarked on further study to gain her conveyancing qualification and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2019, becoming a Director of the firm in 2022. Lucy specialises in all areas connected with residential property, including sales and purchases. She also deals with remortgages, transfers of equity and staircasing procedures. She enjoys the day to day contact with clients and prides herself on being efficient and pro-active to ensure home moves are as stress-free as possible.
Lucy grew up on a farm near Shaftesbury and lives locally.
